PRADO VALLADARES Group Spin-off
PRADO VALLADARES Group was founded in 1978 in Brazil by award-winning architects Luiza and Lourenço do Prado Valladares who expanded their business to Angola in 1997. In these markets, the Group stands as a leading player in the fields of Architecture and Urban Planning, Urban Mobility and Property Development.
In 2005, to meet the internal demands of the Group, the unit PRADO VALLADARES LOGISTICS ( "PVLOG") was established in São Paulo, by the also architect Leticia Prado Valladares Saracchi. Until 2015, PVLOG formed a specialized team, doing a work of excellence, being responsible for all the Group's international purchases.
By the company were exported from Brazil more than $ 22 million in products of Construction, Finishing Materials, decoration as well as machinery and equipment. PVLOG brokered over $ 240 million in imports, delivering door to door a wide variety of products. With a loss ratio below 0.1% coordinated an impeccable international logistics, with safe and efficient contracts.
In October 2015 PVS COMMERCIAL EXPORTADORA LTDA ( "PVS Trading") was created as a Spin-off of the PRADO VALLADARES LOGISTICS unit, to expand it independently. Aiming higher results, PVS Trading is launched to the international market offering to its new customers, excellence in Foreign Trade Solutions.
Besides Leticia, PVS Trading has another partner, the engineer Alexandre Ayroza Saracchi, who brings 20 years of experience as an executive in multinational automotive companies in the areas of Manufacturing, Product Engineering and Sales . With this new partner, PVS Trading starts to offer International Trade Promotion services complementing the portfolio of Solutions in Foreign Trade.

Founded in 2015, PVS COMERCIAL EXPORTADORA LTDA, owner of "PVS Trading" brand, begins its activities focused on the Export of Brazilian Products. It is in the areas of Automotive Parts, Building Materials, Finishing and Decor that is our core business.
PVS Trading is also entitled to trade goods in the segments of Food & Beverage, Clothes, Jewelry and Gemstones, Cosmetics, Seeds and Flowers, both by structuring efficient Export processes or Importing on demand.
PVS Trading offers outsourcing services in International Logistics and Consulting in Foreign Trade for companies that are starting the process of internationalization or for those who wish to strategically outsource the department.
In the segment of International Trade Promotion, PVS Trading offers intelligence services in prospecting new markets, International Representation of Brazilian products, as well as participation in fairs, exhibitions and business roundtables around the world.
